MEPZ SEZ is located in Tambaram, Chennai and spread over an area of 262 acres (109 hectares ). MEPZ-SEZ offers developed plots of Land as well as built up factory space. The average size of a plot ranges from 1 to 5 acres. Plots and space in the SDF are allotted on Lease basis initially for a period of 5 years renewable thereafter.
